Setting Up A Champagne Bar

Are you ready in ring in the new year? Here is an easy way to add a little oomph to entertaining in the new year – a champagne bar. All you need is some bubbly, fresh fruit, and liqueurs.

What you need:

Champagne, Prosecco, or Sparkling Wine

Ice Buckets

Fresh fruit: blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, pomegranate seeds, grapefruit, lemon peel, orange peel.

Simple syrup or flavored simple syrups like lavender, strawberry, satsuma, lemon, etc

Fresh basil, mint, lavender, rosemary

Fresh Juices: orange, pear nectar, blood orange juice

Liqueurs: St. Germain, Chambord

Bar set-up:

Fill ice buckets to keep the champagne chilled.

Use glass pitchers for juices.

Arrange an assortment of glass dishes for the condiments.

Use coupe glasses or champagne flutes – feel free to mix and match.
